In accordance with article # 25 of the RK Legislation “about rehabilitation and bankruptcy” dated 07 March of 2014 hereby we inform you that creditors meeting of JSC “Kazakhstan Kagazy” will be held on 27.09.2019 at 10.00 a.m. at the address: Kazzhol hotel, 127/1 Gogol str., Almaty.

Meeting agenda:

Consideration of making amendments and supplements to the rehabilitation plan;
Consideration of concluding Additional Agreement No.2 dated 03.07.2019 to the Loan Contract No.17-111-16-004-КК0000769 dated 11.04.2016 between Rehabilitation Manager JSC “Kazakhstan Kagazy” and LLP “Kagazy Recycling”post factum;
Consideration of concluding Additional Agreement of amount increasing between Rehabilitation Manager JSC “Kazakhstan Kagazy” and law firm Reed Smith LLP dated 02.07.2019г, post factum;
Coordination of decision-making entailing an increase in the debtor's consumption costs, including the remuneration of employees of the debtor.
