Tomas Mateos Werner

Experience:
Tomas has been a member of the Kazakhstan Kagazy Board of Directors since November 2009. On 5 April 2013 he was appointed CEO of Kazakhstan Kagazy JSC. Tomas is also a Managing partner at Werner Capital. Between 1992 and 2008 he held senior positions at Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch and HSBC in New York, Zurich, Frankfurt and London.
Education:
Tomas holds an MBA from Columbia Business School (USA) and London Business School (UK), a master’s degree from the Hochschule St Gallen (Switzerland) and a law degree from UIB (Spain).
Dana Soltanova

Experience:
Dana was the manager of Marketing research at the company from June 2012 until November 2013. From November 2013 to September 2014 she was head of the regional development department. Prior to joining the company, Dana was a specialist in marketing research with the Kazakhstan offices at KPMG international auditing and consulting company in Kazakhstan.
Education:
Dana has a master's degree in economics and business from the International Academy of Business and a bachelor's degree in engineering and technology from Karaganda State Technical University.
