Kazakhstan Kagazy PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Charles Holloway as an independent non-executive director, effective 4 December 2015.

Mr Holloway read law at University College, Oxford. He qualified as a solicitor in 1975 and worked firstly at Allen & Overy and subsequently at Eversheds where he was a litigation partner specialising in commercial litigation and public inquiries.

Since leaving Eversheds, Mr Holloway has acted as an adviser and consultant to a wide range of businesses both in the public and the private sectors.

Mr Holloway is an active accredited mediator through Consensum and offers litigation support and consultancy services at www.charlesholloway.co.uk
