Change of Auditor

Kazakhstan Kagazy announces that the board of directors has appointed BDO Kazakhstan LLP (“BDO Kazakhstan”) to audit the Company’s 2014 consolidated financial statements. BDO Kazakhstan replace PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, who were the Company's auditors from 2010-2013.
