Kazakhstan Kagazy PLC - Annual General Meeting / 2015 audited financial statements and auditor’s report

The completion of the Company’s 2015 audited financial statements and auditor’s report (the “Report”) has been delayed, potentially until early January 2017. Given this short delay, the board has resolved not to call the Company’s AGM until the Report has been released. It is expected therefore that the AGM will be held in January or early February 2017.
