Results of 2018 Annual General Meeting of Kazakhstan Kagazy PLC

The Annual General Meeting of Kazakhstan Kagazy PLC (the “Company”) was held on the 2nd of February 2018 at 1 p.m. Swiss time at Baarerstrasse 53/55, Zug, Switzerland.

The Company’s shareholders approved the following ordinary resolutions:

  1. To accept the recommendation of the Directors for the non-payment of a dividend following the results of 2014 and 2015;
  2. To receive and adopt the audited accounts of the Company for the years ended 31 Dec 2015 and 2014, together with the report of the auditors on these audited accounts; and
  3. To accept the appointment of Moore Stephens (Isle of Man) as the Company’s auditors for 2016.
