He has been a member of the Kazakhstan Kagazy Board of Directors since November 2009. On 5 April 2013 he was appointed as the CEO of Kazakhstan Kagazy JSC. On 30 May 2013 he was appointed as the Kagazy Recycling CEO. He is also a managing partner at Werner Capital company. Between 1992 and 2008 he held senior positions at Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynchl, HSBC in New York, Zurich, Frankfurt and London.
He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School (USA) and London Business School (UK), a Master from the Hochschule St Gallen university (Switzerland) and has a degree in law from UIB (Spain).

Charles Holloway read law at University College, Oxford. He qualified as a solicitor in 1975 and worked firstly at Allen & Overy and subsequently at Eversheds where he was a litigation partner specialising in commercial litigation and public inquiries.
Since leaving Eversheds, Charles has acted as an adviser and consultant to a wide range of businesses both in the public and the private sectors.
He was also a director of litigation support services company Millnet Limited from 2007 to 2014 and a consultant to PwC’s Forensic Team based in London for four years during that period.

He is married with four grown up children and six grandchildren and lives in Norfolk.
